Scooter Planet was founded by Jacki Nunes in 2008. As a child, Jacki spent her days working on and customizing mini bikes and motorcycles. It was during this time that Jacki began her passion for motorcycles and learned how to repair and customize all types of motorcycles. 

Jacki opened Nunes Cycles in January 2007 in a very small garage.  She started customizing Honda's, Yamaha's & Harley's and re-selling them.  Jacki began talking with family and friends about moving her small garage business to a showroom located in Carmichael California.  It was soon evident to Jacki with the soaring gas prices and the environmental footprint each of us are leaving, Scooters were what everyone was interested in.  Jacki decided to change her business over to Scooters & Small Engine Motorcycle Sales. And so Scooter Planet was born.  Jacki's quest to find the most reliable and cost saving products for her customers is an ongoing pursuit.
