Q.Can I take a scooter/moped on the freeway?
A. Under California law, if it's got 2 wheels, and it's 150CC or larger, it's a motorcycle. So yes, you can. Review the "California Motorcycle Handbook" for questions on laws and license requirements.
Q. Is the custom bobber California Legal?
A. This bike is sold as a kit. You will need to have it assembled and take the bike and receipts to the DMV to have registered as a Custom Built Bike.
